Just a quick one today. Here's a marker sketch i did
as i was preparing to start the new FIREBREATHER series.
I do a ton of sketching in brushmarker on tracing paper.
I love the way that that the tracing paper takes the marker.

I know I've seen this Firebreather character before. Have you done promotional art for it in the past?

I did a four issue FIREBREATHER mini series that came out in 2004. It will now be an ongoing series, from Image Comics, starting in May 2008.
