This first week the character was Zorro.

This is the ridiculous number of roughs that I went through

trying to come up with an image i wouldn't be ashamed to post

in front of these guys. I'm still not sure i picked the right one.

THE FOX -PART 3

One last drawing of Alex Toth's character The Fox.

This drawing is completely based on a drawing Toth did

in 1995 of DC's golden age Sandman.

I did this piece because I am totally

fascinated with Toth's economy of line in that specific drawing.

I am not in any way taking credit for the layout or design

of this drawing. It was done as an exercise.

I'm no Cully Hamner or Rafael Albuquerque,

but I thought it came out okay.

Mostly I was jazzed to get to draw Metron

FIREBREATHER & KARATE KID

It's a week into 2010 and I'm finally making my first post.

Hope you all had a great New Years Eve/Day.

I'm starting off the year with a commission I did recently.

It's Firebreather and Karate Kid from DCs Legion of Superheroes.

This one seemed like an odd request but I had fun drawing it.

Hope you dig it.
