I always loved the comic strip The Phantom by Lee Falk.
This is a drawing of that character I did quite awhile ago during my
Bruce Timm meets Simon Bisley faze. I still like it pretty well.

It does have Timm-like qualities about it. Nice exaggerations in the proportions, enhancing the heroic quality of the character. Nice homage, Andy!
would like to see a series with this type of character drawings.. the oversize aspect is so cool
